This is the one MW2 gamers in the GR area have been waiting for!

New game room located in Computers For Less on 28th St. in Grandville. We're in the strip mall between Borgman Ford and Belle Tire, just east of Ivanrest Ave. We have plenty of parking. This gameroom was built from the ground up with gamers in mind! 8 HD 32" screens for simultaneous system-link, and XBOX LIVE play. 8 gamers play at once with their own screen. No split-screen madness here! The screens are the perfect height for comfortable gaming, and our comfy desk chairs are fully adjustable for each gamers needs. A huge 55" HD hosts the competition, and runs in "spectator" mode during the game. The host machine runs in 5.1 surround sound on our custom built 700W in-store sound system to create a battlefield surround sound ambience that you have to hear to believe.

Compete either in solo play, or as a team, (2, 3, or 4 man teams can compete). 2 cash prizes will be awarded. Cash prizes will be awarded to anyone who defeats our current CFL champion in solo play, or any team who defeats our CFL champs team. Call for more details on cash game setup if needed. Entry fee is only $10 per gamer, but includes a free slice of pizza and a can of pop. Additional pizza may be purchased "by the slice" as well as pop.

Tournament play is conducted "bracket-style" in a way similar to the NCAA basketball bracket system. This makes for exciting tournament play, and we are considering adding additional prizes for Final Four teams and players.
All teams and solo players are added to the appropriate bracket on our board each night of the competition, and the board is clearly visible to all gamers throughout the competition.

Cash prize amounts are awarded each night of competition as follows:
50% of total prize amount awarded to Solo Champion
50% of total prize amount awarded to Team Champion
Total prize amount = 20% of tournament entry fees.
Example: 30 gamers enter the tournament. The total prize amount is then $60, (20% of $300). The Solo Champion would then earn $30, (50% of total prize amount) and the Team Champion would then earn $30, (50% of the total prize amount).

Feel free to bring your saved profiles on your storage device of choice. Our consoles are all equipped with the new "spring update" from Microsoft which allows the 16gb USB "flash" or "thumb" drive storage. Gamers are not required to bring a storage device, (or any equipment at all) but they may if they choose to.
